Problem Precautions
- Products selection .
- Steel trowe used is compulsory @ stone back side and wall surface.
- Gap between stone is compulsory when it in exposed area.
- Material should be used within 45min after paste prepared.
- After pot life of adhesive, stone should not be adjusted.
- Deformability factor should be considered when tile size is more than 5ft.
- Cement should not add in adhesive powder.

- Steel strowel is compulsory for stone application and apply on both tile and wall surface rigiorously.
- During stone adhesion works
- Mix Butabond SBR and Cement opc 53 grade as ration 1:2 and apply back side of stone by brush or roller & dry it for 24.
- It will give good tensile bonding strength.I
